IMDEA Water has received the official acknowledgement from the European Commission for excellence in Human Resource management for researchers.
Is the first Spanish institution to receive this official and important acknowledgement and to be entitled to use the logo "HR excellence in research", becoming part of the group of twelve Institutions accredited with this distinctive, as the Institut National de Recherche Agronomique-INRA (France), Università degli Studi di Palermo (Italy) or the University of Oslo (Norway), between others.
"HR Strategy for Researchers" is a mechanism to support the implementation of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers (C&C) by research institutions. This would help increasing their attractiveness to researchers that would identify them as a stimulating and favourable working environment.
IMDEA water has adhered to the European charter for researchers and is committed to efforts to ensure the sustained enhancement of its human resources policies.
IMDEA Water commits to HR policy that will be reinforced during the coming years in order to implement the Charter and Code.
