Engineering geologist at “University of Alicante” and postgraduate in hydrogeology at “Fundación Centro Internacional de Hidrología Subterránea”.
He has 5 years of professional experience in the fields of hydrogeology and geophysics, all in Chile and in the private sector. This experience is focused on the location, design and exploitation of groundwater wells, as well as on the interpretation of pumping and infiltration tests. He has also carried out numerous hydrogeological, hydrological and aquifer vulnerability studies, as well as mathematical models of flow in a saturated zone and management of GIS. In geophysics, he has planned, executed and interpreted numerous geophysical campaigns of long duration by the use of electrical resistivity tomography and time-domain electromagnetic sounding, directed to the prospecting of groundwater or mineral deposits and to the regional geological characterization.
In early 2017 he returned to Spain to begin his period as research assistant in the FILVER + Project, entitled "Water reclamation by using a new concept of land application systems ", with the reference CTM2016-79211-C2 (AEI/FEDER, EU), and it is part of the 2016 call for R+D+i projects of the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Competitiveness.
