What rights do you have and where can you request them?

You can request exercising your rights using the aforementioned contact details and send a copy of your identification.

Right Content
Access To consult your data by obtaining confirmation of whether they are being processed or not.
Rectification To amend any incomplete or inaccurate data.
Elimination To request your data to be eliminated when they are not necessary, a law indicates it, you withdraw your consent or oppose them being processed, etc.
Oppositon To ask us to not process your data for reasons based on your personal circumstances. In this case, your data will no longer be processed after analysing the reason/s.
Limitation of data processing To stop data processing while other rights are being assessed, when you oppose their elimination or you wish data to be kept, even though IMDEA AGUA does not need to process them, and to exercise or defend your claims.
Withdrawal of consent So that your data are no longer processed. This shall not affect any data processing done until the present-day.

You can also place a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) (AEPD) if you consider that the processing of your data is not legal.
