Graduated in Geological Sciences from the Complutense University of Madrid (2017) and Master’s Degree in Geology and Environmental Management of Mineral Resources from the University of Huelva (2018).
His End-of-Degree work consisted of a geological and cartographic study of the of Valdepeñas de la Sierra (Guadalajara) surroundings, with special attention to the sedimentologic provenance of the Miocene and Pliocene conglomerates. His Master’s Thesis consisted of the microtextural characterization of the Zn-Pb mineralization of the Tara Deep deposit (Ireland).
He has worked as an Exploration Geologist in practices at Minera Los Frailes, S.L. (2018), as an outreach scholar at the IGME (2017) and as a collaboration scholar in the Department of Petrology and Geochemistry of the UCM (2016-2017).
He joined IMDEA Water in April 2019, in the “Soil and Water Quality in the Environment” research group, within the FILVER+ project (reference CTM2016-79211-C2 (AEI / FEDER, EU)), framed in the 2016 call of R&D projects of the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Competitiveness. His contract was funded by the State Research Agency (AEI) and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
